Rules of the road
Use Xcw Arcade for lawful personal browsing. That is the whole deal.
Skip anything that disrupts the site, fakes ad traffic, automates abuse, or interferes with an external game service.
If a behavior breaks the site for other visitors or inflates ad numbers on purpose, that behavior is out of bounds.
Bots, scraping, and bulk page pulls are fine only when they do not strain the service. When in doubt, keep the load light.
Guides and external players
We publish directory pages and editorial game guides.
A playable game may open from an outside service. That service keeps its own technical terms, content, advertising, privacy, and availability rules.
From the moment the player loads, the service running it sets the terms. Xcw Arcade only supplies the link and the guide note.
As available
The site and game services run on a best-effort basis.
We may update, remove, or correct pages when needed, and may pause a listing while its rights, safety, accuracy, or player behavior is reviewed.
Nothing here is a guarantee about external uptime. That part belongs to the provider behind each game.
What counts as misuse
The line sits where an action stops being ordinary browsing. Refreshing a page is fine. Reloading it in a loop to generate impressions is not. Reading a guide is fine. Scraping the catalog at a rate that slows the server down for everyone else is not.
Automated access is judged by its effect rather than by its tooling. A script that pulls a handful of pages and respects a reasonable pace causes no harm here. One that ignores that pace, or that targets advertising requests specifically, falls outside what this site supports. Where a request pattern puts strain on delivery, access can be limited without notice.
Where the boundary sits
Xcw Arcade supplies three things: the catalog order, the category context, and the guide text. Everything past the play button comes from the external player service, including the game itself, the advertising shown inside it, and any account or purchase feature it may offer.
That split decides who to ask when something goes wrong. A guide that reads incorrectly, a cover image that does not match, or a link that no longer resolves is a question for this site. A game that will not load inside the player, a control that behaves unexpectedly, or an advert shown during play is a question for the service running it, since that service sets its own rules from the moment it loads.
Guides describe objectives and controls. They are written to help a first attempt go better, and they are not statements about how any title performs, what it contains beyond the described objective, or whether it will suit a particular visitor.
Changes and corrections
Pages are edited when a description stops matching what a page actually shows. That can mean a corrected control note, a rewritten paragraph, a removed listing, or a category page whose grouping no longer reflects the games inside it. A listing may also be paused while a rights, safety, accuracy, or player-behavior question is open, and it will not appear in active discovery until that review closes.
Corrections come through the address on the contact page, and each one is reviewed against the live page before anything is changed.
