Authorization statement
Xcw Arcade is an independent directory of browser games, not the developer or publisher of the listed titles. Before an active listing is treated as ready for distribution or advertising, the operator must retain records supporting its display and commercial-use basis. This page explains the review process; it is not itself proof of authorization. Authorization to present a title does not transfer ownership of the game, its name, or its artwork to Xcw Arcade.
External game services
Playable games open through the external player service at datinginfo.top. That service is operated separately from Xcw Arcade and may change its availability, technical behavior, advertising, or privacy terms independently. Our editorial pages and guides remain on Xcw Arcade; the playable experience itself is delivered by the external service.
Rights reports
If you believe a title, image, or link is displayed without proper authorization, send a complete notice to quuieu@gmail.com. A useful notice identifies the protected work, the exact Xcw Arcade page URL, your rights and contact details, a good-faith statement, and an accuracy statement. We may temporarily disable or remove the disputed material while we review.
What sits on our side of the line
The editorial layer is the part Xcw Arcade produces. That means the guide text on each game page, the category descriptions, the ordering of the catalog, and the navigation between pages. Those are written and maintained here, and a correction to any of them is handled as an ordinary editorial edit.
The game itself is a separate matter. Software, titles, characters, and the playable experience come from the external service that delivers the player. Cover images used on a listing identify the game being described, and the same review applies to them: a listing without a documented basis for display does not stay in active discovery.
How a listing is reviewed
Review starts from the listing rather than from the catalog as a whole. An entry is checked for whether its display basis is documented, whether its guide still matches what the page shows, and whether anything about its safety or availability needs a closer look. When any of those is unresolved, the listing is paused: it stops appearing in category pages and in the catalog grid until the question closes.
Pausing is not a judgement about the game. It is the state a listing sits in while a question is open, and it can end either way. A listing whose basis is confirmed returns to the catalog. A listing whose question cannot be resolved stays out.
What a rights notice should contain
A complete notice moves faster than a partial one. It should identify the protected work, give the exact Xcw Arcade page URL where the material appears, describe your rights in the work and your authority to act, include a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized, include an accuracy statement, and provide contact details for the reply.
Send the notice to the address above. Material covered by a notice may be disabled or removed while the review is open, and the sender is told what was done.
